Policies

All orders ship every Wednesday. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. We will not refund or resend an order for a wrong address entered at check out. If an order is sent back to us due to a wrong address number, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge to resend.

Orders are shipped through Canada post. Once the package goes into the hands of CP we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods along the way. We do not provide tracking. Please allow up to 4 business weeks for your package to arrive, shipping time varies with area. 

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final unless you are willing to pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange. No returns or refunds. 

If you do have a problem with your order or we've sent the wrong product, contact us and we will do our best to take care of it!
